Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Replacement & Return Window

At Hanzof Store (operated by Unbound3D Industries Private Limited), we stand by the precision, durability, and dimensional accuracy of every component we sell. We offer a 7-day hassle-free replacement or return starting from the date your shipment is marked as delivered by the courier.

2. Eligible Reasons for Returns & Replacements

• Manufacturing Defect or Damage: Product arrives broken, defective, or fails to function per manufacturer specifications.
• Incorrect Item Received: You received a different size, nozzle diameter, or component than ordered.
• Physical Transit Damage: Item is damaged during courier transportation.

Note: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories intact. Consumable items (such as opened filament spools with more than 10% consumed) are not eligible unless verified defective upon first opening.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it has been handed over to the courier for dispatch. To cancel:

• Navigate to your Account Dashboard and submit a cancellation request.
• Or email support@hanzof.store with your Order ID.

Once an order has been dispatched from our Indiranagar facility and is in transit with the courier, it cannot be directly cancelled. In such cases, you can initiate a return upon delivery.
